Refunds

Once an article has been paid for, we do not normally offer refunds except if the item is defective and we fail to replace it.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your juice account, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless the product is defective. Each item undergoes thorough inspection before packing to ensure quality standards are met.

Conditions for returns

The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.

Failure to return within 7 days

If the item is not returned within 7 days, you will be required to pay for the product in full and no returns will be processed.
